Mostly canopy work

I got Leslie to help me lift the canopy on to the fuselage. We had to put the fuselage down on its wheels to clear the garage door. This was the first time it sat on its landing gear.

The first fitting using the dimension for the forward edge from the plans ales it look like the canopy is really long. Later I discovered we needed to shift it forward to get it to fit correctly.

You can see how far the cut line is from the rear bow. Shifting the canopy forward makes a big difference in how it fits.

I finished shaping the forward half of the intersection fairings and put a layer of glass over them.
