More Tank Prep

I primed the Z brackets and inboard angle. These parts should not be in a potential leak path for fuel, since the goal is to keep fuel from getting past fillets on the inside of the tank.

After Primer.

I used the squeezer to install all of the nutplates on the z brackets.

I also riveted the nutplates onto the spar where they were required.
