Canopy and wheel fairings

I started today by riveting on the clips to the windshield frame.

Then, I began fitting the frame to the fuselage. There was not really a dimension given for how far forward the frame should sit. I noticed others had trimmed back this part of the skin. It all gets covered in fiberglass anyways .

I marked the skin for trimming, then trimmed it back with a dremel cut of wheel.

I used a clamp to temporarily spread the frame.

Also worked on my intersection fairings a bit today. I focused on shaping the micro I had put on previously.

I need some better sanding blocks for this.
