I got out the rest of my plumb bobs and started aligning the main gear fairings.
Here you can see one of the points marked with magnets and plastic washers for the attachment points.
I roughed up the surface before using self expanding foam to create the fairing shape.
My magnet marked holes did not line up to well. This is at least partially due to the gap between the bracket and the fiberglass. This will get backfilled with flex one the intersection fairings are created to really lock the fairing into place.
I made a mess with Great Stuff, but it will cut off easily.
