Miscellaneous tank parts

On the other tank I found that the clearance between this bracket and the shop heads of the rivets was too tight. I made sure to leave adequate clearance this time around.

I also cut and prepped the pick-up tube brackets.

I got the nutplates installed on the access panel. It feels like progress when I end up with an empty parts bin.
