Aileron assembly

Today I started the assembly on the aileron skins I clecoed the stiffeners on and prepared to back rivet

Here one side is complete ready for the other

After finishing the first, I did the other side

Time to get out the bending brake to put the bend in the skins

I struggled getting an adequate bend in, so I called vans for support. They recommend adding additional hinges
