Today I did some woodworking. I am building the wing fixture, since it will be much easier to manage. I also built the leading edge fixture.
I only got the two uprights in, since I planned on bolting them to the floor. I will need to rent a hammer drill to use the tapcon fasteners I had.
I deviated from the recommended plans a bit on the leading edge cradle. Instead of using a 3' board and screwing to the end of the plywood. I used a board the length of the space between the uprights. I may find a reason why Van's recommended to do it differently, but this is what I have for now.
