I started by trimming the flange back that needs clearance for the elevator horns.
I also drilled a couple of rivets out that will get replaced by bolts. Likely, I will need to drill all of these out to add the doublers to the spar.
I also took some time to read through the service bulletin and mark out what needed to be drilled out. I will wait on a response from Van's before I go any further.
I also rebuilt my one aileron pushrod tube that I bent.
