Fuselage skin prep

I started prepping all of the ribs and longerons that are part of the tail cone.

I also put the seatbelt brackets together, but did not rivet them at this point. I will wait until I have a batch of parts prime again. It will make things a little more difficult during assembly, but not too bad.

I de-burred the side skins and then clecoed the longerons to them.
