I decided to rivet the forward top skin now to keep working on the canopy. In an -8 there is pretty good access to the bulkhead that any wiring would be on due to the baggage door and removable instrument panel.
I riveted the two clips with Leslie's help first, and got the rest of the callouts prepped.
