I countersunk the fastener holes, primed the bare holes, and then assembled the tie down brackets.
I need to come up with a better set up for painting this stuff instead of laying out it on the floor. Once this can of self etching primer is gone, I will probably get something different there as well.
After completing the assembly, I stored this spar away. I still have not torqued anything in this assembly, but I did get a new torque wrench.
I started pulling out parts and deburring then for the rear spar.
Almost all of the doublers are deburred.
