Elevator tab folding

I spent a fair amount of time getting the tabs folded. After I finished, I realized it would have been easier if I had started with a larger angle on the bending block that fit between the skins. It doesn't really have to match the angle of the elevator, though the picture in the manuals seem to indicate that.
