I have located a partially complete RV-8 empennage only an hour and a half away. While I was not necessarily looking for a kit right now, I had always planned on building at some point. This appears to be a good enough deal that I am going to take a look at it. Unfortunately the seller is unavailable this weekend, so I spent too much time designing a workbench. It is similar to the standard Chapter 1000 work table, but uses a solid core door instead to provide a solid and heavy top. This is similar to the work bench my dad built for his RV-7.
